Each year Netwatch celebrates the enormous contribution employees have made to the company with the Netwatch Employee of the Year awards.
Overall Employee of the Year
This year saw Trevor Fox presented with the much-coveted ‘Overall Employee of the Year’ Award. Trevor has worked in the Netwatch Communications Hub for over 10 years. He was applauded for his outstanding team player approach and dedication to Netwatch, receiving votes from colleagues across all departments and across all markets.
Customer Service Award
Jean Arshad, took home the Best Customer Service Award. Jean’s colleagues recognised that she best embodies Netwatch’s customer service ethos, and that she has made an enormous impact to the company.
Best Team Player Award
The Best Team Player Award was presented to Kevin Roche. Nominated for consistently supporting and assisting his team-mates, Kevin’s expert skills and knowledge was recognised by his colleagues.
New Employee of year award
The New Employee of the year award went to Nadia Martin, HR Generalist. Although Nadia has only been with Netwatch a short time, the impact she has made to the Global organisation has been felt Company wide.
Long Service Award
Jim Holland, the Customer Care Manager and former Employee of the Year award winner, received the Long Service Award. Jim has played an instrumental part in the growth of Netwatch by building customer relationships. He has been recognised for his outstanding dedication and loyalty to the company throughout his many years.
Speaking at the Awards, David Walsh Group CEO said; “When we founded Netwatch fifteen years ago we were determined to build a company where every employee was respected, had a voice and were recognised for the contribution they made to the company. Our motivation to do so was driven by a firm belief that we would only achieve our vision if it was shared and understood by the people who worked in our company. The Netwatch Awards night is an opportunity to recognise and honour all Netwatch employees and specifically those as deemed by their peers to have gone above and beyond the call of duty in the past 12 months”
