Built To Withstand Extreme Situations
A concrete shell surrounds the exterior of our Communication Hubs. The only entry and exit point to the Hubs is through an airlock double door system. There are no windows or normal doors as entry points. The Communication Hubs are constructed to the highest international standards. They are virtually impenetrable and immune to attack. This ensures that the Intervention Specialist’s ability to protect your property and valuable assets is never impeded.
Staffed with the Best
The Netwatch Communication Hubs are staffed 24/7/365 with teams of highly trained Intervention Specialists. It is their job to monitor and assess any detection’s made by our unique software. Before an Intervention Specialist can work independently of their mentor, they must go through a rigorous training programme. Intervention Specialists are responsible for handling alarms, visually verifying activity, issuing personalised audio warnings and responding to a threat based on a client’s specific protocol preferences.
Our Intervention Specialists are at the forefront of the Netwatch proactive video monitoring service responsible for the safeguarding of our client’s valuable property and assets. There is a rigorous recruitment process for this position. Applicants must pass through a range of interviews, suitability evaluations and background checks to be considered. Newly recruited Intervention Specialists undergo an extensive training program and are mentored by our most experienced staff until they are ready to react and intervene.
Disaster Recovery
Netwatch will ensure there is no loss of service due to multiple Hub locations. One location is not enough to ensure continuity of service, so in order to provide uninterrupted security to our clients we have multiple Hubs working in unison, each with the ability to take over the monitoring requirements of the other. This ensures full continuity of service because they are:
- in separate locations
- on a separate electrical grid
- connected to separate network
- allowing for no single point of failure
- using a separate telecommunication system

The Communication Hubs are powered by proprietary Netwatch software, Cratos, developed by our in-house R&D department. This software allows Netwatch Intervention Specialists to seamlessly view live camera feeds within seconds of unauthorised activity and intervene in situations where criminal activity is occurring.
Cratos uses intelligent algorithms to filter alarms and ensuring only real alarms are responded to. The elimination of false alarms streamlines the alarm handling processes and ensures valuable time is not consumed ciphering through false alarms.
