Our People

Our people are integral to our success and are at the forefront of our business. We are dedicated to our employee’s consistent development to ensure they can flourish in their work environment and as a result, they feel content, secure and committed in their role.

Providing employment to people in our local communities has been a key factor to our success. We aim to support employment in all areas, providing many opportunities. We are engaged in the level 6 FETAC Apprenticeship programme in Electronic Security Systems. In addition, we have a Software Developer internship programme in our Research and Development department with students from Southeast Technological University.

Netwatch Corporate Values

We encourage our employees and partners to apply the following five corporate values into their everyday consideration.

Customer First

We must always act and empower our teams to focus on our customers first; from dealers to end users. We must always act with a sense of urgency and think of our customers’ needs.

Collaboration

Teamwork is key to our success. How we engage with each other, our customers and our communities provide the opportunity to work smarter and have a positive impact.

Integrity

Integrity starts with how we behave and the decisions we make when nobody is watching.  We must always act with the highest level of integrity in everything we do.

Innovation

We must innovate in both our technology as well as our business. Innovation comes in many ways; from the way we do business to our technology and processes.

Safety

Safety is the primary focus for our day-to-day activity and starts with each of us.  We want all of our employees, dealers, and customers to return safely home to family and friends.

Community

Our goal is to connect ourselves to the communities in which we live and work in. Netwatch was founded in Carlow in 2003, and since the, has expanded to become a global organisation. While the company’s growth and development are a key focus for us, one of our priorities is always to work within the local community that supported us over the years. Over the past twenty years, we have engaged with, and supported, many clubs, societies, charities and initiatives. Some of our latest community initiatives are outlined below.

Netwatch Cullen Park

Netwatch Cullen Park, is the Carlow GAA stadium. It is the home of the Carlow Gaelic football and hurling teams. With a capacity of 21,000, it provides an excellent facility for the local sporting community. GAA is at the heart of all Irish communities and creates an amazing sense of pride. Netwatch’s sponsorship to the stadium aids in providing an excellent facility within the local community, in turn supporting each Carlow parish and the wider GAA community.
