Lake Forest, CA (May 4, 2021) — Netwatch Group, a security leader comprised of NMC, CalAtlantic, and Netwatch, announces the promotion of Denise Whelan to Chief People Officer (CPO). From her base in Carlow, Ireland, Whelan will oversee all human resources functions for the Netwatch Group globally.

A seasoned leader in Human Resources, Whelan has been an integral part of the Netwatch Group since 2014 when she established the HR function at the organization. In her most recent position, she served as Group HR Director for Netwatch Group in Ireland. In that role, she was responsible for a wide range of functions including talent management, workforce planning, organizational design and succession, all while managing a team of HR professionals.
