A concrete shell surrounds the exterior of our Communication Hubs. The only entry and exit point to the Hubs is through an airlock double door system. There are no windows or normal doors as entry points. The Communication Hubs are constructed to the highest international standards. This ensures that the Intervention Specialist’s ability to protect your property and valuable assets is never impeded.

The Netwatch Communication Hubs are staffed 24/7/365 with teams of highly trained Intervention Specialists. Our Intervention Specialists are at the forefront of the Netwatch proactive video monitoring service responsible for the safeguarding of our client’s valuable property and assets. It is their job to monitor and assess any perimeter breaches or loitering detected by our unique software.

There is a rigorous recruitment process for this position. Applicants must pass through a range of interviews, suitability evaluations and background checks to be considered. Newly recruited Intervention Specialists undergo an extensive training program and are mentored by our most experienced staff until they are ready to react and intervene. Before an Intervention Specialist can work independently of their mentor, they must go through a thorough training programme. Intervention Specialists are responsible for handling alarms, visually verifying activity, issuing personalised audio warnings and responding to a threat based on a client’s specific protocol preferences.

Disaster Recovery

One location is not enough to ensure continuity of service, so in order to provide uninterrupted security to our clients we have multiple Hubs working in unison. Each has the ability to take over the monitoring requirements of the other. This ensures full disaster recovery based on:
