Netwatch 20 years of Community

Since its establishment in 2003, Netwatch has put a strong emphasis on it’s work in the community by supporting those within the community who have supported Netwatch over the years. Over the past twenty years, Netwatch have engaged with, and supported, many clubs, societies, charities and initiatives in the community locally, nationally and globally. These include partnerships with Family Carers Ireland, Netwatch Carer of the Year Awards and Carlow GAA, Netwatch Cullen Park and Centre of Excellence.

Netwatch are proud to partner with Family Carers in Ireland, supporting the carers working day in, day out and recognising the enormous value they bring to our community and health services.

“Netwatch have been involved with Family Carers Ireland for the last four years and for us it’s been an amazing time and we’ve learned so much. People often say to me about all the sporting heroes that I’ve met, but for me these people are the real heroes”

Mick Galwey, Brand Ambassador, Netwatch

Netwatch are proud to partner with Carlow GAA. GAA is the constant factor that keeps communities alive and gives many people something to look forward to. It encourages great community spirit.

“You can be a chairperson, a secretary, you can be a female liaison officer or referee, there are so many roles; you don’t have to play to be a part of the GAA or the LGFA and that’s why it’s a fantastic organisation. Everyone can be a part of it”.

Pamela Hayden, Referee and Coach.

Netwatch supporting Carlow GAA

Netwatch Cullen Park is the GAA stadium in County Carlow for Carlow GAA. It is the home of the Carlow Gaelic football and hurling teams. With a capacity of 21,000, it provides an excellent facility for the local sporting community.

Netwatch’s support to the stadium aids in providing an excellent facility within the local community to host club and county games for the GAA community in Carlow and beyond.

Netwatch working with Family Carers Ireland

Family Carers Ireland is the national charity supporting the 500,000+ family carers across the country who care for loved ones such as children or adults with additional needs, physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs or those living with chronic illnesses, mental health challenges or addiction.

Netwatch has supported Family Carers Ireland since 2018 and each year, this initiative allows us to support families and individuals in the community who embody a culture of care and passion for their loved ones.
